The program
Adoption Happens From the Inside
Champions are the people inside each function who make AI real for their colleagues. This course trains that cohort and equips them to carry adoption forward.
Blended, over twelve weeks
Pre-work, six bi-weekly live instructor-led sessions, online video modules and assignments, applied to a real function-level build.
They build, they don't just learn
Between sessions, champions spend roughly eight hours designing, building and deploying AI solutions in their part of the business.
Effective and responsible adoption
Champions learn to drive adoption responsibly: spotting good use cases, coaching colleagues and keeping guardrails in place.
