The program
Managers Lead the Change
Workforce training changes little if managers don't change how the team works day to day. This course is built around that.
Blended, over eight weeks
Pre-work, four bi-weekly live instructor-led sessions, online video modules and assignments, applied directly to the manager's own team.
Built on real work
Between sessions, managers do roughly eight hours of applied work, leading a real change with their team, not completing exercises in isolation.
Led live by Jeff
Every live session is instructor-led, drawing on the same enterprise experience the whole McMillanAI program is built on.
